Dimitar’s passion for Real Estate started from a young age, working with his father in the construction industry and being involved in his family’s real estate investments. Being taught the values of hard work and smart investments helped Dimitar with building his own successful real estate portfolio. His passion for the industry and desire to help others create wealth through real estate led Dimitar to becoming licensed as a REALTOR®.

Dimitar holds a Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering from SFU, which has equipped him with a strong analytical ability and problem solving skills to help him overcome difficult challenges. He has a passion for architecture and home design, complemented by a strong knowledge about homes from his time in construction. In his free time, Dimitar loves creating memories with his wife and two kids, being outdoors and playing golf.
